Ingredients
1 14oz. can of drained artichoke hearts,chopped
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup Ricotta cheese
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
½ tsp. crushed garlic
1 tsp. chopped fresh chives
½ tsp. parsley
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and pour into a 5x9inch baking dish. Cook at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm with crackers, fresh bread,or tortilla chips.
