Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
8 oz. Swanson’s beef broth
Preparation
melt butter, add flour, stir with wire whisk, brown flour & butter until golden brown, slowly add broth 2 oz. at a time, stirring thoroughly after each addition, heat to boiling, serve
