Ingredients
3-15oz. Black Beans
3-15 oz. mexi. corn
3 c. seeded tomatoes(or)3-15 oz cans diced tomatoes
3/4 c. lemon juice
6 Tbs. Olive Oil
1 c. chopped fresh cilantro
6 Tbs. Diced Onion
3 tsp Minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp Pepper
Preparation
Rince and Drain Black Beans. drain corn. If using canned tomatoes, drain them. mix together. Now mix all the rest of the ingredients and pour over top. stir til well coated. Refridgerate till well chilled..
