Ingredients

4 Fresh Garden Tomatoes

3 cloves garlic

Roasted red peppers (from jar or made)

Basil

Parsley

Olive oil

1 loaf of Baguette bread

Preparation

Rough chop tomatoes and peppers. Combine tomatoes, peppers, minced garlis, chopped basil and chopped parsley. Pour olive oil over ingredients and let stand. Slice bread and paint each side with olive oil. On cookie sheet lay out slices to toast in oven on broil setting. Flip once one side is lightly browned. Place bread in basket on table. Let guest select slice of bread and pour brushetta on top.
