Ingredients
3/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
Pinch of salt
1 cup whole milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Mix well and chill. Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions. When it reaches the “soft-serve” stage, put into a plastic container and store in the freezer.
