Ingredients

1 head of cabbage

1 small onion

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

pepper(to taste)

Preparation

  1. shred cabbage in food processor (or cut with a knife) to desired texture.

  2. finely grate whole onion.

  3. in bowl combine shredded cabbage, grated onion, and mayonnaise.

  4. add pepper to taste.

  5. cover and chill for 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
