Ingredients

3 large tomatoes (cubed)

2 Hot House Cucumbers (diced)

1 large Red Onion (cubed)

1 cup Kalmata Olives

4 garlic cloves (minced)

2 TBSP Olive Oil

Juice from 1 fresh Lemon

Salt

1 Cup crumbled Feta

Fresh Cracked Pepper

Preparation

Toss Tomato, Cucumber, Onion, Olives, Garlic, Oil, and Lemon Juice. Toss in Salt and to taste. Chill if desired. Top salad with Feta and Fresh cracked Pepper. Serve immediately
