Ingredients
1 1/2 Tbsp Kosher salt
Coarse ground black pepper
Cooking spray oil
2 Large Mackerels, clean, split in half horizontally with bones & heads on
Preparation
Turn on the broil. Rub the salt evenly on both sides of the fishes. Used wooden pepper grinder to give the fishes a couple grinds of coarse black pepper on both sides. Spray some oil on surface of fishes to prevent from drying out
Use a baking sheet with brim to prevent the fish oil from leaking out. Place the meaty parts first and broil for 10 minutes, then turn to the other side and broil for another 9-10 minutes or until browned. Serve with steam rice, kimchi, and vegetables
