Preparation

Blot meat dry with paper towels and trim excess fat. Apply generous amount of olive oil with brush or finger tips. Sprinkle with Lawrys Seasond salt and fresh ground black pepper. Start on hot grill to seal in jucies and “mark”. Reduce heat and grill until sufficiently done to your liking.
