Ingredients
1 pound of fish haddock/bluefish or any fish
1 teaspoon Montreal Steak seasoning
Juice of one lemon
1 teaspoon olive oil
Preparation
Place fish in a large piece of foil. Brush fish with one teaspoon of Montreal Steak seasoning. Top with lemon juice and olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Roll up the tinfoil and make a tight seal. Place on grill and bake for about 15 minutes.
