Ingredients

3 large or 4 small avocados

1 large tomato

1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon onion salt

1 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce

Preparation

Cut avocados in half and scoop out inside (removing pit). With a fork, mash avocado until it reaches a “cottage cheese” consistency. Mix in lemon juice, onion salt and Tabasco. Adjust seasonings/spices per your taste. Add tomatos and gently mix together.
