Ingredients
2 pound box of your favorate pasta
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 large onion
1 large cucumber
1 or 2 large green peppers
1 or 2 large yellow peppers
1 or 2 large red peppers
2 large ripe tomatoes
3 medium carrotts
1 32 ounce jar Kraft Mayonaise
Preparation
In large kettle, boil 3 to 4 qts. water with salt and oil. When rolling boil, add your pasta and cook for 10 minutes stirring constantly. Drain pasta and cool by running cold water over pasta. Wash vegetables. Grate Carrotts. Cut cucumber into 4 pieces lengthwise and chop 1/4" thick. Dice Peppers, onion, and tomatoes into 1/4 to 1/2 inch chunks. Add vegetables to pasta. Add mayonaise to vegetable pasta mix and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate overnite and serve the next day.
