Ingredients
1 cup plain flour
2 Teaspoons baking powder
A couple pinches of salt
25 g butter
About 12 grams Sugar (optional)
Half cup of milk
Preparation
In a bowl combine all dry ingredients
Cut in butter until it resembles soft bread crumbs (like Panko)
Add milk and quickly stir to form a dough
Lightly flour a surface and press into a round
Cut into four pieces and place on a microwave safe plate. I recommend that Pam or oil be LIGHTLY applied to the plate before dough is added.
Microwave on high 2-3 minutes.
