Ingredients

1 cup plain flour

2 Teaspoons baking powder

A couple pinches of salt

25 g butter

About 12 grams Sugar (optional)

Half cup of milk

Preparation

  1. In a bowl combine all dry ingredients

  2. Cut in butter until it resembles soft bread crumbs (like Panko)

  3. Add milk and quickly stir to form a dough

  4. Lightly flour a surface and press into a round

  5. Cut into four pieces and place on a microwave safe plate. I recommend that Pam or oil be LIGHTLY applied to the plate before dough is added.

  6. Microwave on high 2-3 minutes.
