Ingredients
1 bar of dark chocolate
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 egg
1 dash of Vanilla extract
Preparation
Break up a bar of fancy dark chocolate
Boil the water, and blend it with the chocolate for about 45 seconds, until smooth
Pour in 1/2 cup heavy cream, one egg, and a dash of vanilla extract, into the blender and keep it going till it looks right, usually takes about a minute or so.
Put in fridge, serve cold.
