Ingredients

1 bar of dark chocolate

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 egg

1 dash of Vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Break up a bar of fancy dark chocolate

  • Boil the water, and blend it with the chocolate for about 45 seconds, until smooth

  • Pour in 1/2 cup heavy cream, one egg, and a dash of vanilla extract, into the blender and keep it going till it looks right, usually takes about a minute or so.

  • Put in fridge, serve cold.
