Ingredients
1 bag of yolk-free wide egg noodles
16 oz. cream cheese
1 stick of margarine or butter
2 cups sugar
1 pint sour cream
Topping:
1 1/2 cups of crushed Corn Flakes
3 T. butter, melted
3 T. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare noodles per package instructions. Melt cream cheese and butter and stir until smooth. Add sugar and sour cream. Stir until thoroughly mixed and smooth, then add noodles and stir thoroughly. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Prepare topping by stirring all; sprinkle atop kugel. Bake uncovered until golden brown, at least 45 minutes.
