Ingredients

1.5 cups all-purpose flour

1 tbsp white sugar

.5 tsp baking powder

.5 tsp salt

2 cups whole milk

4 tbsp melted butter (2 for crepe/2 for pan)

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.

  2. Mix liquid ingredients in a medium mixing bowl

  3. Combine the two mixing bowls until smooth

  4. Heat a crepe pan on low heat

  5. Brush a good layer of melted butter

  6. Scope a dollop of batter onto the crepe pan and distribute evenly.

  7. Add any fruits or sauces you like
