Ingredients

4-6 chicken breasts

6 large sourdough pretzels

3 large eggs

1/2 cup all purpose flour

1 stick butter or margarine

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Crush the pretzels in a plastic bag with a mallet until the largest pieces are about the size of chopped nuts. Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts, then set up an assembly line with the flour, the beaten eggs, the crushed pretzel, and a skillet on medium high with the butter melted in it. Dip the chicken in the flour to cover, the egg to coat, then the pretzel, then into the skillet; let it sizzle about a minute on each side, just enough to set the coating. Then place on a rack over a roasting pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes
