Ingredients

10 tomatoes, peeled

5 large white mushrooms, sliced

4 medium cloves of garlic, chopped finely

2tsp of basil

pepper, salt

olive oil

Preparation

try smashing up the tomatoes in a pot, and combine the mushrooms, garlic, basil, and olive oil.

let cook on high on stove top, letting most of the liquid evaporate. Salt and pepper.

Take mixture, and blend until smooth (but perhaps with small little chunks).
