Ingredients
1 stick of butter
1 cup of long grained rice (NOT minute rice)
1 can of Campbell’s beef consomme
1 can of Campbell’s beef bouillon
1 small can of mushrooms
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°.
Saute rice in butter until browned.
In a glass 2 quart casserole dish, combine soups and mushrooms. Add browned rice.
Cover and bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
