2 salmon filets
Olive Oil
Herbs de Provence
Sea Salt

Preparation
Pre heat broiler place oven rack on top shelf, cover broiler pan with non-stick foil. Place salmon on broil pan, lightly coat fish with olive oil, sprinkle herbs, salt and pepper on filets. Place filets in pre heated broiler for 5 minutes, remove from oven turn over, re season and broil for an additional 6 minutes. Allow fish to rest a few minutes before serving.
Serve with microwave 90 second rice, and assorted steam veggies.
