Ingredients
12 medium ripe tomatoes, peeled and diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil. Simmer for 30 minutes. Pack into jars and seal. Makes about 2 pints. Keep refrigerated. Use within 6 weeks. Serve cold or hot. Also good in chili or hot cheese dip.
