Ingredients
1 lb pasta, farafalle or other shape
1 lb cleaned shrimip
1 c peas
3 tbs olive oil
1/2 c Parsley, chopped
Red pepper flakes
Salt
Pepper
1/2 c Parmesean cheese plus extra for garnish
Preparation
Add pasta to boiling, salted water. When nearly done, add shrimp and peas to the water. Return to boil. Reserve 1/2 c pasta water. Drain pasta and shrimp mixture. Pour mixture into serving bowl. Add in olive oil, pepper flakes, parsley, parmesean, salt and pepper. If pasta is too dry, add some reserved pasta water. Serve immediately with extra parmesean to pass.
