Ingredients
Green cabbage
carrots
white pepper
herbs de provence
honey
rice vinegar
Preparation
finely chop the cabbage and shred the carrots in equal parts (I do two cups each) mix it, add a teaspoon of white pepper and a teaspoon of the herbs, douse with 2 or 3 tsp of rice vinegar and finish with 2 tablespoons of honey. Then chill for an hour. It’s a simple flavor extravaganza and you can add any other veggies you like :)
