Ingredients
Chicken/Shrimp
Mushrooms
Water chestnuts
Baby corn
Broccoli
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
8 dashes Ginger Soy Sauce
1 tsp Dry Chili Flakes
1 tbsp Corn Starch dissolved in a 1/2 cup water
3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp Powdered Ginger
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Preparation
Put heat on high and add the vegetable oil and sesame oil.
Add cut pieces of uncooked chicken and stir around until cooked.
After chicken is cooked add water chestnuts and baby corn.
Add ginger soy sauce, oyster sauce, powdered ginger, garlic ginger, dry chili flakes and at the end the corn starch mixed with water.
Stir it up and let cook.
Add broccoli at the end so it doesn’t over cook.
Cover with lid and let steam for a few minutes.
