Ingredients
1 to 1.5 lbs salmon filets
2 T. Olive oil
1-2 t. Provence herb mix
1 t. dill weed
1 lemon, seeded and thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425. Spray a baking pan with Pam. Lay the salmon skin side down. Brush salmon with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Cover with lemon slices and top with onion slices. Bake about 25 mins.
