Ingredients
1/4 c. olive oil
1 sm onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 carrot, chopped
1 32 oz can tomatoes (crushed)
2 bay leaves
Preparation
Heat oil, add onion, garlic - saute til soft 5-10 mins. Add celery, carrots, s & p. Saute til soft 5- 10 mins. Add tomatoes, bay leaves, simmer 1 hour til thick. Remove leaves, check seasonings. If acidic add butter. Process 1/2 (maybe)
