Ingredients

Hard shell flat tostadas

Avocado

Large Tomato

Onion

Salt

Pepper

Optional: queso fresco or any wet Mexican cheese

Preparation

Lay tostadas onto serving plates. Cut thin slices of a large tomato and cover each tostada. Lay slices of the pitted, peeled avocado on top of tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut thin slices of onion and place on top of avocado. If you so desire, sprinkle cheese on top! yum!
