Preparation

Collect juices from roasted turkey skim off fat from top supplement with broth, if desired for each cup of juice/broth

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour heat butter on low/medium heat until fully melted let it froth add flour a bit at a time, mixing thoroughly cook flour for 5 minutes while roux thickens add juice/broth a bit at a time. b
