Ingredients
6 large potatoes
1 cup milk (1 1/2 cups for extra creamy)
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
put the potatoes in the microwave on high for 15 minutes in a covered microwavable dish or bowl. carefully take out.
run the potatoes under cold water so you can hold them.
3.Peel the potatoes and throw out the skin.
4.put the milk and butter in a microwavable cup and microwave on high for 40 seconds.
- use a fork to mash potatoes while adding butter/milk mixture. ( for extra creamy mashed potatoes, use a blender instead of a fork.)
6.add the salt and pepper, mix, and ENJOY!
