Ingredients
3 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Butter (room temp)
1 cup Creamy Reese’s Peanut Butter
2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
1 cup Sugar
2 large eggs
8 oz. Guittard semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl and set aside.
With electric mixer, combine butter, peanut butter and vanilla until well blended.
Beat in both sugars.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
Mix in flour mixture.
Add chocolate chips and mix well.
Scoop dough by small ice cream scoop into greased medium sized muffin tins.
13 minutes at 350 degrees.
