Ingredients

1/2 cup water

Tart Apple chunks, 2 cups

Sunmaid Baking Raisins(comes in a pouch)

Dried apricots, 1 cup

thick-cut Marmalade, 1/2 cup

Orange zest (2 T) and 1 cup fresh-squeezed Orange Juice

1/8 tsp nutmeg

1/8 tsp cinnamon

2 T fresh Lemon Juice

3 t Orange Blossom Honey

2 Sprigs fresh mint

Preparation

  1. Heat a saute` pan to med-high heat.
  2. Throw in tart apple chunks, some soft dried apricots,& baking raisins with 1/2 cup water
  3. Reserving the sprigs of mint, toss in all the other ingredients (when the water is half gone and the fruit is softened), REDUCE HEAT- making sure to blend the marmalade and honey well 4, pour into small dishes or bowls and garnish with mint 4.
