Ingredients

2T vegetable oil.

3 garlic cloves, chopped.

1 brown onion, chopped.

1 long red chilli, deseeded and chopped.

1 chicken breast, fine strips.

Rice noodle sheets.

1/4 cup dark soy sauce.

2T light soy sauce.

Bean sprouts.

2 green onions, thinly sliced.

2 eggs.

1 capsicum, finely chopped.

1 carrot, chopped.

Preparation

  1. Heat wok, add oil, garlic, brown onion and chili.
  2. Add chicken.
  3. Add noodles, capsicum and carrot.
  4. Add soy sauces, beansprouts, eggs and green onions. Stir-fry til egg sets.
  5. Spoon into serving bowls.
