Ingredients

1 lb pork or beef

1 package of Knorr tamarind seasoning

Chile pepper

Radish

Broccoli

Romaine lettuce

Salt to taste

Preparation

Boil beef or pork until tender Refrigerate until fat solidifies and discard the fat.

Return pot on top of stove top. Allow to boil and add Knorr tamarind seasoning to your taste. Add vegetables and serve. Add salt to taste
