Ingredients

1 lb chopped pork tenderloins

3 tomatoes

water

1 pkg tamarin powder

raddish

green beans

okra

spinach

red peppers

Preparation

  1. Add chopped pork tenderloins, tomatoes, and water to a pot and boil until pork is tender and smush tomatoes.
  2. Add tamarin powder to taste.
  3. Add vegetables except spinach and simmer unitl soft.
  4. add spinach and simmer until wilted.
  5. Add patis (fish sauce) to taste.
