Ingredients

1 tsp butter

4 oz blue cheese (your preference)

200 ml cream

2 sirloin steaks

(if more sauce is wanted - add more than the amounts listed above)(this sauce is great to dip bread)

Preparation

At the same time as the steak is being barbequed - make the sauce as follows:

  • place butter and cheese in a frying pan and heat on medium.
  • before the cheese has completely melted - add the cream
  • keep stirring sauce - if the sauce bubbles - lower the heat. This sauce will become slightly thick.
  • Once the meat is complete - place the sauce in a bowl. The sauce is served on the individual’s meat as desired.
