Ingredients
4-6 Pork chops
1 Tbsp oil
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
2-8 oz tins tomato sauce
Preparation
In skillet, brown chops in oil over medium heat, approximately 5 min/side. Pour off excess fat. Sprinkle celery, sugar, lemon juice and seasonings over chops. Cover and simmer over low heat until chops are tender about an hour.
