Ingredients

1pound ground beef

8 oz noodles or pasta

10.5 oz beef broth

1/8 tsp thyme

salt

3/4 cup plain ff yogurt or sour cream

3/4 tsp yellow mustard

2 Tbsp corn starch

mushrooms

Preparation

Brown meat and drain Add beef broth and bring to boil mix 6 oz water to cornstarch and add to broth last minute add yogurt and mustard

Serve over pasta
