Ingredients

2 onions

1 bag small carrots

1 red pepper

1 pkg sliced mushrooms

1 cup celery

1-2 broccoli head

1 whole precook chicken (to cut into pieces)

Preparation

see introductionSimmer 2 chopped onions in skillet. Add 1 bag of small carrots, 1 chopped or sliced red pepper, 1 pkg fresh sliced mushrooms, 1 cup diced celery. Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes (until carrots reach desired doneness). Add 1 precooked chicken (deli, Tyson, etc.) and 3-5 tablespoons of terriki sauce (to taste). After chicken gets hot, add 1-2 heads of broccoli spears and steam until desire tenderness.
