Ingredients
2 tablesppons butter
1 1/2 cups corn kernels, scraped from cob (or frozen)
1 cup flour
1 cup corn meal
4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
Preparation
Combine all ingredients. Bake in oven at 425.
