Ingredients

Pasta…leftover from previous meal.

Olive Oil….enough to cover bottom of skillet

Basil…dried..to taste

Garlic…fresh…3 cloves diced

Parmesan cheese..1/4 cup or more to taste

Salt and Pepper…to taste.

If available, about 1 cup of tomato sauce..

This is a somewhat drier version of a fresh dish of pasta.

Preparation

Saute garlic in Bertolli Olive Oil until softened…add leftover pasta, and remaining ingredients. Keep turning until well coated…“fry” until heated through. Add extra parmesan cheese when serving. Very tasty.
