Ingredients

2 lbs skirt steak

cut into 4" pieces

1 cup olive oil

3 tbs minced garlic

juice of 3 limes

3tbs sea salt

1 tbs cayenne (if you like it spicy)

Preparation

put all ingredients in gallon or larger zip loc bag, mix and put in frig for at least 2 hours. remove 30 minutes before grilling. cook medium direct heat. 6 minutes first side then 5 minutes. Meat will be medium rare.
