Ingredients

skirt steak

1/3 cup orange juice

1/4 cup soy sauce

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons sweet orange marmalade

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons peeled fresh ginger

2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

Prepare marinade. Place in plastic bag with steak for 3 hours to 2 days. Heats up beautifully for leftovers. Place a small bowl of pesto on table when serving and each guest can put a small dollop on top of their steak.
