Ingredients

1 15-16 oz. can crab meat

1 cup thick cream of mushroom soup

3/4 cup bread crumbs

3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

3/4 cup chopped celery

3/4 cup chopped onion

1/2-3/4 cup béarnaise sauce

1/2 cup or so white wine

1 tsp. Cajun seasoning

1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 1 to 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
