Ingredients

I bag frozen hash browns

1/2 can low sodium chicken broth

1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 - 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt (depending on the texture you like)

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Italian Seasoning (or 1/3 tsp each of basil, parsley and oregano)

1/2 tsp Season All Salt

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 cup Shredded Cheddar (or any other cheese of choice)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients until well incorporated. Spray a 9 X 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Spread potato mixture evenly in baking pan. Place in oven and cook for about 35 minutes until bubbly. Enjoy!
