Ingredients

Whole wheat wraps (small ones)

Grated cheese

Lt. sour cream

lean ground beef

carrots (and fat free ranch dip)

Either sloppy Joe mix or ketchup, spices, garlic, diced onion, tomato paste.

Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add either prepared sauce or mix ketchup, tomato paste and spices to beef. Simmer for a few minutes. Assemble beef into wraps. Cut into 4 or 5 inch pieces. In small containers put carrots and dip (appetizer) in one and mix mashed kidney beans mixed with lt. sour cream and lt. mayo mixed with cajun spice as wrap dipper. Ice pack in lunch (or frozen juice box) will keep cold enough.
