Ingredients
1cup ketchup (per lb of meat)
1/2 cup of sugar
vinegar (i prefer balsamic)
1lb of meat
Preparation
brown meat in pan combine ketchup, sugar, and 1/4 cup of vinegar in measuring cup. add mixture over browned meat in pan turn down flame to low cover and allow mixture to cook into meat for about 10 minutes. (i like to add fresh garlic and onions)
