Ingredients
3 lbs ground beef chunk
1 cup chopped onions
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups ketchup
2 1/2 cups water
(bread/hamburger buns/rolls)
Preparation
cook ground beef with onions, salt, and pepper, until beef is not longer red. Stir to break up. Sprinkle flour over beef; stir to blend thoroughly. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and water. Simmer, stirring often, for 15-25 min until thickened. Serve on buns, bread, or rolls.
