Ingredients
2 slices bacon, diced
2 T olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves
1 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 c beef broth
1/4 c tomato paste
1 T brown sugar
1 t salt
1/4 t chili powder
2 t prepared mustard
1 Tbls worcestershire sauce
8 hamburger buns
Preparation
Saute bacon until crisp. Add oil, onion, and garlic and saute 3 min. Add beef and cook till brown. Add pepper, broth, tom paste and sugar, salt pepper flakes, chili powder, mustard, & Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and simmer for 20 min. Serve on rolls.
