1 LARGE BAG OF DORITOS

1 HEAD OF LETTUCE

2 TOMATOES

1 BUNCH OF GREEN ONIONS

1 12 OZ BAG OF SHREDDED

CHEESE OF CHOICE (MILD

CHEDDAR)

1 12 OZ BOTTLE OF BUTTERMILK

RANCH DRESSING

ALL THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS CAN BE FOUND IN YOUR LOCAL SUPERMARKET.

Preparation

TAKE A MEDIUM SKILLET AND BROWN THE HAMBURGER MEAT AND DRAIN. MIX THE REFRIED BEANS IN AND STIR UNTIL MIXED WELL. ADD 1/2 CUP OF WATER, MIX AND COVER. SIMMER FOR 15 MINUTES STIRRING OCCASSIONALLY (KEEP COVERED). GET OUT A 3 COMPARTMENT BOWL AND SHRED THE LETTUCE, DICE THE TOMATOES AND CUP UP 1 CUP OF GREEN ONIONS AND PLACE IN THE BOWL AND REFRIGERATE FOR 15 MINUTES. TAKE A DINNER PLATE AND CRUNCH ABOUT 1 CUP OF DORITOS BY HAND IN THE PLATE ADD TO SCOOPS OF MEAT AND TOP WITH THE TOPPINGS (YOU MAY ADD OTHER FAVORITE TOPPINGS) AND POUR A 1/2 CUP OF BUTTERMILK RANCH DRESSING ON TOP AND MIX.
