Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 grated onion
2 stalks celery (diced)
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
Preparation
Brown meat and 1/2 way through add celery and onion.
(drain fat) then add butter.
in a bowl add soup, soy sauce, water, rice, and meat mixture and stir well.
pour in a greased baking dish and bake covered at 350 for 1 hour or so.
I have used minute rice for this and has come out just as good as reg rice.
I have also used cream of potato instead of mushroom and it was great!
